Offer terms
This “refund-for-a-review” offer is run by Mythic Labs Ltd (company number 16731940), trading as FlatSignal. By submitting a video you agree to these terms. The offer is a goodwill promotion, is entirely discretionary, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
What qualifies
- You have an active FlatSignal payment (a Pro subscription or a pass) made on the account you submit from.
- The video is public on TikTok, YouTube or Instagram and stays public for at least 30 days after approval.
- The video is at least 20 seconds long and genuinely shows and discusses FlatSignal — not a passing mention.
- The video (or its caption) discloses that the review is incentivised, using #ad or wording such as “FlatSignal refunded me for this review.” This is required by CMA and ASA rules and is non-negotiable.
- The account email you submit with is the one you paid with, so we can match the reward to your payment.
- Your honest opinion is your own — positive or critical. We reward genuine reviews, not five-star ratings.
The reward
On approval we refund your most recent FlatSignal payment to the card you paid with, and add one extra month of FlatSignal Pro to your account. One reward per customer, ever. Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically reach your card within 5–10 business days.
Review and approval
Every submission is reviewed by a person — there is no automatic payout. We may decline any submission that doesn't meet these terms, that we can't match to a payment, that lacks the required disclosure, or that we reasonably believe to be fake, misleading, or in breach of a platform's rules. Our decision is final. We aren't able to give detailed feedback on declined submissions.
Using your video
By submitting, you grant FlatSignal a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to embed, display and link to your video on our reviews page and in related marketing, with the “incentivised review” label required by law, for as long as your video stays public. You confirm the video is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You can ask us to remove it from our pages at any time by emailing support@flatsignal.app; the reward, once given, stands.
Fair use and tax
The offer is for genuine individual customers, not for resale, and may not be combined with other offers except as we allow. You're responsible for any tax that applies to you as a result of the reward. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your separate right to a refund under our Terms of Service.
Data and privacy
We store the link you submit and its review status against your account so we can process the reward. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. This offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
